• Focus: Implementing and coordinating BIM processes from office to site, including CDE and digital handover

Description

You will be a key support for BIM execution on construction projects—setting up and monitoring BIM processes in line with BEP, CDE, and the client’s requirements. You will manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) including workflow, versioning, and information flow control, and support documentation creation and quality checks. You will also coordinate handover of the project information model, ensure quality of required documentation, prepare the Asset Information Model for asset management, and help project teams with implementation, quality control, and digital delivery.

Responsibilities

• Set up and control BIM processes per BEP and CDE and client requirements

• Create and review BIM-related documentation (e.g., BEP, DSPS)

• Administer the CDE: workflow setup, versioning, and information flow management

• Coordinate handover of the project information model

• Ensure quality of DSPS documentation

• Prepare an Asset Information Model for subsequent asset management

• Support project managers, construction managers, and external designers during execution and quality control; support digital handover of the completed work

Requirements

• Technical secondary school or university degree

• Practical experience with BIM methodology and understanding of construction projects

• Reliability, independence, and thoroughness

• Team spirit, communication skills, and drive to keep improving

• Excellent PC skills and MS Office proficiency

• Knowledge of BIM implementation software is an advantage (Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk ReCap...)

• Active driver’s license
