Description

You will perform manual testing and prepare and execute integrated system tests, identify and prioritize software defects, and maintain automated tests using JavaScript or Python with Cypress. The role also includes working with Postman, managing and executing tests in Zephyr, reporting defects in Jira, and collaborating with architects, analysts, developers, and fellow testers on test scenarios and QA strategy. You will continuously improve your automation and backend (BE) testing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manual testing
• Prepare and run integrated system tests
• Identify and prioritize software defects
• Write and maintain automated tests in JavaScript and Python using Cypress
• Work with Postman
• Manage and execute tests in Zephyr
• Report defects in Jira
• Collaborate on QA test scenarios and overall QA strategy
• Work closely with architects, analysts, developers, and other testers
• Improve daily in automation and BE testing

Requirements

• Very good analytical and technical thinking
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• SQL knowledge
• Dev tools knowledge for web browsers
• JavaScript and Python (programming/scripting languages)
• Understanding of software development principles
• General IT technology awareness
• Willingness to learn, attention to detail, reliability, and responsibility
