Description

You’ll diagnose and resolve user-reported application issues by building SQL queries for database reporting and performing manual database data updates. You will also provide second-line support through Jira ticket handling, report and help implement changes in teleinformatics systems (optimization and bug fixing), and participate in testing and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve user tickets related to application operation
• Create SQL queries to generate reports and modify data via manual interventions
• Support the ticketing application in Jira as part of second-line support
• Report required changes to teleinformatics systems (optimization, bug removal)
• Participate in testing and deployment of planned solutions
• Collaborate with other departments
• Continuously improve technical knowledge and business-process knowledge within the organization

Requirements

• Knowledge of relational database concepts, including SQL for selecting and modifying data
• Programming skills enabling code analysis
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with employees from other units
• Availability for work hours 7:00–15:00 and 10:00–18:00 on agreed days
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (scope to be negotiated after onboarding)
• Willingness to work full-time
