Description

Validate routing configurations, scripting changes, and chatbot/AI updates for contact center applications. Ensure end-to-end customer and agent journeys are tested, including seamless communication between Genesys and telephony components. Define test plans, run cloud-based testing in Genesys Cloud and AWS, support UAT and release deployment, and deliver quality assurance in Agile/DevOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into clear test scenarios

• Verify Genesys-to-telephony communication

• Define and maintain detailed test plans with development, implementation, and support teams

• Test cloud platforms with emphasis on Genesys Cloud and AWS

• Support CAB reviews, manage UAT, and oversee release deployment

• Perform hands-on testing and coach engineers to strengthen testing discipline

• Identify, log, and track bugs in Jira to protect live agent productivity

• Report on testing progress, milestones, blockers, defects, and risks

• Coordinate with third-party vendors and drive continual service improvements (CSI)

Requirements

• Experience with Genesys Cloud and Engage

• Experience with CCaaS

• Experience with Splunk, GitHub, Jira

• Experience with Oracle SBC, Nuance Gateway, Nuance Voice Server

• Experience with Pindrop fraud detection

• Experience with Oracle Database Server 19c

• Ability to define and evolve test automation platforms and processes

• ITIL certification (v3 or later) and understanding of service management practices

• Experience working in Agile environments

• History working in large, global financial or IT organizations

• Willingness to work non-standard business hours (sporadically)

• Industry certification (preferred)
