Description

Join a long-term project developing modern Python backend solutions for business process automation, data processing, and AI applications. You’ll work in a distributed environment building scalable and reliable services and system integrations, including AI-driven workflows using LLMs and agent architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python-based backend applications and services
• Build and extend AI services, integrations, and components supporting business automation
• Implement and orchestrate AI workflows using LangGraph and LangChain, with LLM integrations
• Contribute to agent-based solutions and automation for complex processes
• Own features end-to-end: requirements analysis, design, implementation, deployment, and production support
• Participate in technical and architectural discussions and help define engineering best practices
• Perform code reviews and ensure code quality, readability, scalability, and maintainability
• Support CI/CD and deployments to deliver changes reliably
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues in existing applications and integrated services
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum/Kanban and translate business needs into technical solutions with stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience building Python backend applications
• Very good Python knowledge and experience designing and developing REST APIs
• Practical experience with FastAPI and building production-grade REST API services
• Experience building AI-based applications and orchestrating AI workflows in Python
• Knowledge of LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks for AI workflows and agent solutions
• Ability to profile and debug Python applications; identify memory leaks and performance/CPU usage problems
• Experience processing large datasets and files efficiently, with memory and runtime optimization
• Practical asynchronous programming experience in Python, including asyncio and concurrent task handling
• Experience diagnosing problems in production environments and analyzing application logs
• Solid Git knowledge and collaborative development practices
• Experience maintaining and refactoring legacy applications; updating Python and libraries
• English proficiency at least B2
• Polish proficiency at least B2
