Description

You will design, develop, and deploy AI agents powered by generative LLMs to support business-process automation. The role combines Python backend development with building AI agent workflows, integrating LLMs, and implementing RAG-based solutions. You will also process business data and documents from multiple formats and integrate agents with enterprise systems via APIs and databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based AI agents

• Build Python backend applications and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django

• Develop RAG-based solutions

• Integrate AI agents with business systems, databases, and external APIs

• Build agent workflows and automate business and operational processes

• Process data and documents in multiple formats (PDF, Excel, CSV, JSON)

• Collaborate with IT teams, business analysts, and domain experts

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience in Python development

• Backend application development experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django

• Practical experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic)

• Experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI)

• Experience designing REST APIs, system integration, and microservices architecture

• Knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy, and Pydantic

• Experience with databases and SQL, especially MSSQL

• Experience processing unstructured documents and data

• Knowledge of Git

• English at a communicative level (minimum B2)
