Description

Develop and deploy AI agents powered by LLMs to support automation of business processes. You will build Python backend applications and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django, and implement RAG-based architectures. You’ll also integrate agents with business systems, databases, and external APIs while processing data and documents in formats such as PDF, Excel, CSV, and JSON.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based AI agents

• Build backend applications and microservices in Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django)

• Create RAG-based solutions

• Integrate AI agents with business systems, databases, and external APIs

• Develop agent workflows to automate business and operational processes

• Process data and documents in multiple formats (PDF, Excel, CSV, JSON)

• Collaborate with IT teams, business analysts, and domain experts

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial Python development experience

• Experience building backend applications with FastAPI, Flask, or Django

• Practical experience with LLM models (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic)

• Knowledge of AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI)

• Experience designing REST APIs, system integration, and microservice architecture

• Knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic

• Experience with databases and SQL, especially MSSQL

• Experience processing documents and unstructured data

• Knowledge of Git

• English communication level at least B2
