Description

Drive the continuous development of Kubernetes platforms by designing and implementing new Kubernetes features that provide developers with self-service capabilities. Build and optimize automation using CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows, and support multi-cloud infrastructure and cloud-native strategies across Azure, AWS, GCP, and additional providers. Work closely with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the development lifecycle and support pre-sales and internal sales/training projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers and help drive technological and commercial development
• Design and implement Kubernetes features for developer self-service
• Develop and optimize automation using CI/CD pipelines and GitOps
• Support multi-cloud infrastructure management and cloud-native strategy implementation
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate modern DevOps practices
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to internal projects for sales and training

Requirements

• Completed degree in an IT-related field
• Confident communication in Polish and English
• Enjoy working with customers and communicate effectively
• Solid experience building and operating Kubernetes platforms; ideally knowledge of developer self-service concepts
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (e.g., Argo CD/Flux)
• Proficient with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki
• DevOps expertise in Bash/Shell
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
• Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP
• Availability to work hybrid or remotely with at least 1 visit in the Katowice office per quarter
