Description

You will gradually take on more responsibility in operations support and in customer projects covering servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and cloud. You will deepen your expertise in areas such as virtualization, containers, storage, or backup and develop continuously with active team and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Support and later work independently across servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and cloud.
• Build deeper expertise in topics such as virtualization, containers, storage, or backup.
• Continuously develop your skills and share your growing expertise with the team and customers.

Requirements

• Completed technical training or technical degree, or at least 1 year of professional experience as a technician, system engineer, or system administrator.
• Initial experience with at least two datacenter platforms (e.g., NetApp, Dell EMC Server, HPE Server, VMware, Veeam, Datacore, Microsoft Hyper-V).
• Initial experience in a project environment.
