Description

You will transform business process data into actionable insights that shape clients’ digital transformation journeys. You’ll take ownership of data-driven process improvement projects—from analysis to implementation—using cutting-edge process mining tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize core and support processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation potential

• Gather, cleanse, and prepare event log data from multiple source systems to ensure excellent data quality

• Build compelling data visualizations and meaningful dashboards using Celonis and related process intelligence/analytics tools

• Collaborate with clients to design, implement, and roll out process improvements (e.g., supply chain, logistics, finance)

• Conduct workshops and training sessions to communicate insights and share best practices

• Gain cross-industry exposure across manufacturing, tech, retail, and more

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a comparable field

• Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to solving complex problems

• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL

• Ideally first experience with process consulting or process mining tools (Celonis, Signavio, UiPath)

• Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into business value

• Fluent in English (C1 level); German is a plus
