Description

Own infrastructure-as-code and deployment pipelines while building backend services for a large-scale identity and entitlement platform. Design and build integration components to shift UPMS/OMES from direct Salesforce account/contact dependency to a new backward-compatible API/integration layer, including system cutovers with rollback readiness. Validate entitlement and permission integrity end-to-end, and support QA/UAT and entitlements data migration.

Responsibilities

• Repoint OMES and UPMS from direct Salesforce account/contact dependency to a new backward-compatible API/integration layer (MuleSoft)

• Design and build integration components connecting UPMS/OMES to the shielding/integration layer

• Execute and support two cutovers per system (onto the shield, then at Salesforce hierarchy change), including rollback readiness

• Validate entitlement and permission integrity end-to-end across entitlement systems

• Contribute to program end-to-end QA and support the compressed UAT window for permissioning flows

• Support entitlements data migration aligned to ~8,800 new Segment Accounts

• Manage IaC and deployment pipelines for the entitlement services touched by the migration

Requirements

• 6+ years of DevOps tooling experience and CI/CD pipeline ownership

• Hands-on development in Golang and Node.js

• Proven Terraform / infrastructure-as-code experience

• Solid understanding of microservices architecture

• Demonstrated experience integrating complex, interdependent applications across multiple systems

• Upper-intermediate English level
