• Focus: Infrastructure-as-code, deployment pipelines, and backend development for an identity and entitlement platform

Description

Own infrastructure-as-code and deployment pipelines while building backend services for a large-scale identity and entitlement platform. Deliver integration components, repoint OMES/UPMS away from direct Salesforce dependencies onto a backward-compatible integration layer, and support cutovers and rollback readiness. Validate entitlement and permission integrity end-to-end, support end-to-end QA, and assist with entitlements data migration.

Responsibilities

• Repoint OMES and UPMS from direct Salesforce account/contact dependency to a new backward-compatible API/integration layer (e.g., MuleSoft)

• Design and build integration components connecting UPMS/OMES to the shielding layer while preserving backward compatibility for downstream consumers

• Execute and support two system cutovers (onto the shield, then at the Salesforce hierarchy change) with rollback readiness

• Validate entitlement and permission integrity end-to-end to prevent over/under-permissioning

• Contribute to program end-to-end QA and support the compressed UAT window for permissioning flows

• Support entitlements data migration aligned to ~8,800 new Segment Accounts

• Manage IaC and deployment pipelines for entitlement services touched by the migration

Requirements

• 6+ years of DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines/tooling

• Strong hands-on development in Golang and Node.js

• Proven Terraform / infrastructure-as-code experience

• Solid understanding of microservices architecture

• Demonstrated experience integrating complex, interdependent applications across multiple systems

• Upper-intermediate English
