Description

You will support national and international industrial companies in rolling out an APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) solution. The work includes developing customer-specific application extensions, adapting the software to customer requirements, and helping improve production and planning processes using Lean principles. You will also conduct user trainings, provide technical support, and take responsibility for software projects.

Responsibilities

• Introduce APS software for industrial customers

• Develop customer-specific application enhancements and adapt the software to customer needs

• Build expertise in Lean production and Lean management and further develop efficient, continuous-improvement processes

• Conduct end-user trainings and support customers with technical questions for optimal usage

• Own national and international software projects

• Strategically develop implementation methods and project management tools

• Support sales with technical consulting on complex topics

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent qualification

• Strong programming skills in at least one of: C++, C#, or VB.NET

• German proficiency at C2 level and English proficiency at C1 level

• Quick learning ability, strong communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset

• Team-oriented attitude and enjoyment of teamwork

• Willingness to travel about 10% on average

• SQL or REST API knowledge is beneficial
