Description

You will lead technicians who manage customers’ IT under service packages, ensuring priority handling, SLA compliance, and security. The role combines technical understanding with people leadership and collaboration with sales and client IT managers to shape and expand the service offering. Over time, you will add new services such as security, cloud management, NIS2, and customer-focused AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8 technicians: assign work, manage priorities and SLAs, and run regular 1:1 meetings
• Manage service economics: retainers, reported and invoiced hours, and team utilization
• Meet with client executives and IT administrators to understand needs and present delivered outcomes
• Support sales in preparing proposals and pricing for service offerings
• Gradually add new services: security, cloud management, NIS2, AI
• Develop the team via training and Microsoft certification support

Requirements

• Prior experience leading a team of technicians (3+ people) in IT outsourcing, IT management, service, or a system integrator
• Daily familiarity with retainer models, SLAs, and billable/invoiced hours
• Understanding of networks, servers, and Microsoft 365 / Azure
• Strong ability to communicate with customers and treat their issues as improvement opportunities
• Ability to drive follow-through and bring better solutions when disagreeing
