• Role: Infrastructure Engineer / Platform SRE

Description

You will design, build, integrate, and operate secure, scalable platform services while ensuring platform availability. You will develop and maintain the monitoring/observability platform and automate data center tasks using Infrastructure-as-Code. You will plan, select, evaluate, and operate the required hardware and software products in collaboration with platform and DevOps engineers on-prem and in the cloud.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable
• Several years of infrastructure engineering experience (systems/network)
• Practical experience with at least three of: vSphere, Morpheus, Kubernetes (RKE2), RHEL, IPA, AWX, Satellite, Rundeck, Icinga, Prometheus, ELK
• Strong Git knowledge
• Solid on-prem and cloud knowledge, CI/CD, and IaC approaches (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
• Hands-on, pragmatic, quality-focused working style
• Innovative/agile mindset and continuous-improvement culture
• Strong service orientation and ability to communicate complex technical topics
• German C1 and English B2
