Description

Support the development and rollout of cybersecurity standards across a pan-European retail network with a distributed structure. You will create and maintain security configuration baselines, develop hardening guidelines, run vulnerability scanning and patching processes, and support compliance, audit readiness, and security awareness training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and develop organizational cyber security standards and practices

• Develop, implement, roll out, and continuously monitor internal security regulations for the retail network

• Coordinate with international stakeholders to ensure consistent application of security requirements

• Create and maintain security configuration baselines and hardening guidelines; review and update them quarterly

• Implement and develop vulnerability management processes (scanning and patching), organize monthly security scans, and track remediation status with reporting

• Prepare and deliver cybersecurity training, create awareness materials, and tailor training content to different employee groups

Requirements

• Documented experience in cyber security compliance (experience in retail or distributed organizations is a plus)

• Strong knowledge of compliance standards, especially ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS

• Knowledge of IT security processes and risk/vulnerability management

• Experience creating, implementing, and maintaining security regulations, standards, and procedures

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders and communicate freely in English

• Ability to work in international, multi-country projects

• Experience with AuditBoard (Optro) is an advantage
