Description

Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions that support business processes, including LLM-based systems, AI agents, and automation. Create RAG and vector-database-based search and data processing solutions, and train and optimize ML models for text, images, and time series. Productionize models and applications with APIs, monitoring, and evaluation while documenting results.

Responsibilities

• Design and build LLM-based and AI model-driven solutions
• Build AI applications, including multi-step AI agent systems and business process automation
• Design and develop data search and processing using RAG architecture and vector databases
• Develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning models for text, images, and time series
• Prepare data and build pipelines for processing and model training
• Optimize model quality for effectiveness, performance, and cost
• Deploy AI solutions to production environments (APIs, monitoring, maintenance)
• Test, evaluate, and document solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or Software Developer
• Ability to build AI/ML solutions including LLM-based applications
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI
• Strong Python skills and ability to write production-ready code
• Comfortable with data: analyze, prepare, and use it in model development
• Experience with Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy and NLP tools like Hugging Face and SpaCy
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
• Ability to integrate solutions with APIs and backend systems
• Interest in new technologies and comfort in a dynamic environment
• Strong work organization and commitment to solution quality
