Description

Lead Order-to-Cash (OTC) requirements and delivery for the SW & Services Monetization Program, covering order management, pricing, output control, delivery supervision, billing, and entitlement handling. Build, develop, and support SAP SD OTC solutions and the satellite-system integrations that enable the process. Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and OTC business users, coordinating UAT and release cycles while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to gather and evaluate requirements

• Build, develop, and support SAP OTC solutions across the SAP SD landscape and associated satellite systems

• Review business requirements, process builds, solution builds, and implementations as an expert

• Design and maintain critical integrations between SAP and satellite systems

• Produce and maintain project plans plus functional and technical build documentation

• Plan roadmaps for the monetization program and align IT and business efforts

• Coordinate UAT and manage weekly/monthly deployment release cycles

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business, with 10+ years of SAP SD implementation experience

• Deep experience enabling Software/Services processes: SW Fulfillment, Licensing Management, Entitlement Management, SW Delivery, Renewal, Upgrade

• Extensive experience configuring, crafting, and implementing OTC solutions

• Strong background in: Master data, Order Management, Output Management, EDI, Pricing, Delivery Management, Inter-company processes, Billing, Revenue Recognition

• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-system integrations

• Hands-on experience in building portals

• Proactive, able to operate independently and initiate new projects

• Experience collaborating with application developers and offshore teams
