Description

Lead the architecture and production rollout of enterprise cryptocurrency platforms, blockchain services, and secure digital transaction systems. Build distributed systems with high-efficiency API layers and orchestration frameworks, and manage critical third-party integrations. Own the software delivery lifecycle end-to-end with security, observability, CI/CD automation, monitoring, and performance/scaling optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and rollout of production-grade cryptocurrency and blockchain platforms
• Construct robust distributed systems, API layers, and orchestration frameworks
• Build and manage third-party integrations and ecosystem connections
• Own delivery from conceptual system design through live production monitoring and scaling
• Develop core backend systems in Java while collaborating with frontend teams using Angular
• Maintain system integrity via security protocols, observability, and high availability
• Implement CI/CD automation, testing frameworks, and quality gates
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and improve infrastructure scalability
• Track global advances in DeFi, fintech, and ledger technology to keep platforms current

Requirements

• 9-12 years of professional software engineering with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with an advanced degree (Master’s/MBA or equivalent)
• Demonstrated delivery of resilient, high-throughput distributed architectures
• Practical experience with microservices, custom APIs, and external platform integrations
• Familiarity with proactive infrastructure monitoring, diagnostic alerting, and fault-tolerant systems
• Experience working in Secure SDLC (version control, automated deployments, load testing)
• Understanding of public and permissioned blockchain networks, DeFi patterns, and cryptographic security
• Knowledge of private-key management, secure custody, and distributed data ledgers
• Exposure to major networks such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Hyperledger frameworks
• Fluency in Solidity, EVM mechanics, and low-level Assembly coding
• Experience in banking/fintech/payment processing with understanding of transaction flows and compliance standards
• Strong communication skills for technical discussions and guiding goals
