Description

You will support SAP Retail (S/4HANA) development for demand forecasting and replenishment across the supply chain. You will translate business and technical concepts into reliable, production-ready ABAP code, while improving maintainability and performance using Clean-Core principles. The work also includes maintaining and gradually modernizing an existing ABAP codebase with strong emphasis on technical quality through automated tests.

Responsibilities

• Technology consulting and end-to-end accountability for SAP Retail (S/4HANA): architecture, coding standards, maintainability, stability, and performance

• Work closely with consultants to implement solutions as production-ready code and contribute your own improvement ideas

• Consistently develop logistics and replenishment solutions according to Clean-Core guidelines based on the ABAP Cloud Development Model

• Ensure technical quality via automated tests

• Maintain, refactor, and incrementally modernize the existing codebase

Requirements

• Fluent English and Polish (min. C1)

• Multi-year professional experience in ABAP development, preferably in SAP MM/Retail

• Proven ability in modern, object-oriented ABAP with high standards for architecture, coding, stability, and performance

• Experience or knowledge of ABAP Cloud Development Model and Clean-Core principles

• Practical knowledge of automated testing; experience testing solutions using Clean Code practices

• Openness to new solutions, strong communication skills, and willingness to support the team

• Completed degree in Computer Science or business IT / other technical studies
