Description

You will develop and integrate automotive software modules using C++ design patterns and produce specifications, documentation, and testable code. The role focuses on implementing driver monitoring applications on Qualcomm QNX platforms, ensuring system functionality, and supporting debugging and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Develop C++ modules using appropriate design patterns
• Create flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to capture requirements and solutions
• Write well-designed, testable code
• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
• Integrate software components into fully functional systems
• Document and maintain software functionality
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
• Comply with project plans and industry standards
• Ensure software is updated with latest features

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics/Computer Science/Electrical Electronics
• M.Tech or M.Sc. in Electronics/Instrumentation
• More than 5 years of experience in Automotive C++ development and automation framework design
• Strong Object-Oriented Design skills
• Strong experience in C/C++ (C++17, C++23) and Visual C++ programming
• Experience on Qualcomm QNX/Linux based platforms, especially Qualcomm SA8255/7255
• Application algorithm development skills
• Hands-on experience with IPC mechanisms: shared memory, message queue, sockets
• Experience implementing multi-threaded applications
• Knowledge of design patterns: structural, behavioral, creational
