Description

You will administer and maintain KSI and STBS II systems, including monitoring system health, taking preventive actions to reduce outage risk, and responding to errors during operations. The role includes diagnosing and resolving incidents and restoring systems to proper working order, while ensuring continuous availability and readiness for users. Work is performed according to an agreed schedule, with the expectation of on-call and support outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain KSI and STBS II systems
• Monitor correct operation and implement preventive measures to limit failure risk
• Respond to issues and errors during system operation
• Diagnose and eliminate outages and restore systems to proper operation
• Ensure continuity and constant readiness of systems for use
• Perform administrative and maintenance activities as agreed with the client
• Provide technical support for the operation of KSI and STBS II
• Perform tasks also outside standard working hours and on public holidays as required

Requirements

• CCIE Data Center certification (required)
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Minimum 3 years of experience administering KSI and STBS II systems
• Experience delivering maintenance, administration, and continuity of operations
• Availability for year-round service, including outside standard hours and on public holidays
• Willingness/ability to provide services on-site in Warsaw
• Ability to work according to the established schedule
