Description

You will work directly with international B2B clients to tackle practical data challenges in taxes and finance. The role combines data engineering (pipelines and transformations), discovery/data-quality analysis, and business consulting to understand requirements and business processes. You will also implement AI/ML-enabled data solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, collect requirements, and deeply understand business processes in finance and taxes

• Analyze, profile, and investigate the quality of source data

• Design and build data pipelines, transformation logic, reporting models, and advanced data reconciliation mechanisms

• Implement AI/ML solutions that support data workflows

Requirements

• English C1 (fluent technical and business communication)

• Minimum 8 years of experience

• Client-facing experience and ability to explain complex technical topics to business stakeholders

• Experience in domains where data consistency and verification are critical (taxes, customs, accounting, audit, financial reporting, treasury, supply chain)

• Practical experience with Databricks (preferred) or platforms such as Snowflake / Alteryx

• Strong SQL and practical Python knowledge

• Deep understanding of ETL/ELT plus data reconciliation and validation techniques

• Experience working with structured and semi-structured data

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Sigma)

• Comfort working with modern AI/ML tools that support data processing
