Description

You will participate actively in company financial management—preparing analyses and reports, but also influencing business decisions. The role focuses on cost control, cash flow monitoring, data verification with the external accounting office, and ongoing financial problem solving. You will also support operations and sales teams and help improve and organize financial data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses and reports for management
• Control costs and identify areas for optimization
• Monitor cash flows (cash flow)
• Cooperate with an external accounting office and verify financial data
• Support operations and sales teams on financial topics
• Help solve ongoing financial issues (e.g., international settlements)
• Improve processes and organize/clean financial data
• Participate in company development projects (e.g., financing, process optimization)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting
• Strong ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
• Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• Good knowledge of financial/accounting systems: SAP, Comarch
• Very good English (at least B2/C1)
• Independence, responsibility, and good work organization
• Availability for full-time on-site work in Oleśnica
