Description

You will join an international solution development team to ensure quality for secure eID/digital identity services. The role focuses on designing and executing test cases, expanding automated functional and REST/API tests, and analyzing results to support risk and release activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze changes to business logic and define test objectives and scenarios
• Design, write, maintain, and execute test cases for new and existing functionality
• Maintain and improve the test automation setup
• Develop and maintain automated functional and REST/API tests using Cucumber
• Execute tests across operating systems, web browsers, and mobile devices
• Analyze test results, investigate defects, and contribute to risk assessments
• Participate in release and deployment activities
• Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other testers
• Continuously improve testing processes and practices in the Scrum team

Requirements

• Technical education in software development, computer science, testing, or related field
• Hands-on experience in software testing with test processes and test design techniques
• ISTQB Foundation certification
• Experience testing across operating systems, web browsers, and mobile devices
• Experience with test automation tools such as Cucumber and Playwright
• Experience implementing Playwright, including Cucumber step definitions
• Experience with Java
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Experience with Jira and test management tools (advantage)

Benefits

• Hybrid work: 3 days per week on-site in Łódź, other days remote
• Compensation: 900–1,100 PLN net/day on a B2B contract or 14,000–17,500 PLN gross per month on an employment contract (UoP)
