Project Quality Manager

Description

Project Quality Manager responsible for process-oriented quality management in onshore grid expansion projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure process-oriented quality management within onshore grid expansion projects
• Create and update the area manual as well as project- and program-specific process instructions and QS checklists
• Ensure stable and efficient program processes
• Monitor quality gates in coordination with project management and report regularly to the project team
• Identify and further develop program-specific processes
• Support planning and execution of audits and lessons learned workshops
• Contribute to a safe working environment

Requirements

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• Relevant professional experience in delivery of infrastructure projects and in quality and process management
• Practical experience with MS Office, including SharePoint
• Strong negotiation skills and proactive approach
• Good English skills (at least B1) and fluent German
• Valid driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to travel
