Description

You will help expand and implement FONS Enterprise for hospital customers in Germany and Austria. The work includes analyzing customer needs, preparing target concepts, configuring the system, coordinating implementation activities, and testing to ensure successful deployment. You will also lead workshops, presentations, and training in German and support go-live.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute hospital information system implementations with FONS Enterprise
• Analyze customer requirements and propose optimal solutions
• Create target concepts and configure the system
• Coordinate implementation activities and manage assigned parts of projects
• Test functionality and support successful rollouts
• Run workshops, presentations, and training in German
• Communicate with key users and healthcare management
• Provide support during go-live and initial operations
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers on further system development

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing information systems, ERP, or similar enterprise solutions
• Experience managing implementation projects or significant project portions
• Ability to independently communicate with customers and conduct meetings
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proactive, independent, and responsible approach
• Willingness to travel to customers in Germany and Austria
• German C1/C2 to independently run meetings, workshops, and trainings
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand complex software and customer processes
• Analytical, structured thinking
• Ability to collaborate across teams
• Driving license category B
