Description

Lead the onboarding and operational readiness of enterprise web security capabilities across a large and complex digital estate. You will design, implement, and optimize Cloudflare WAF policies, strengthen origin security, and improve protection of customer-facing services—combining hands-on delivery with advisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of domains and applications into Cloudflare Enterprise environments

• Design, implement, and optimize Cloudflare WAF policies across multiple platforms

• Configure and support DNS proxying, SSL/TLS settings, certificate management, and traffic routing

• Identify and remediate weak cipher configurations and web security vulnerabilities

• Support integration with F5 load balancers and existing network infrastructure

• Implement and optimize origin security controls

• Collaborate with engineering teams to establish secure onboarding and operational processes

• Support logging, monitoring, and security event integrations with enterprise observability platforms

• Provide guidance on Cloudflare security capabilities and best practices

• Resolve complex web application security, networking, and traffic management issues

• Contribute to documentation, standards, and reusable deployment patterns

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Cloudflare Enterprise environments

• Strong WAF deployment, tuning, and ongoing optimization experience

• Demonstrated experience with DNS proxying, SSL/TLS configurations, and certificate lifecycle management

• Deep understanding of web application architectures, modern threat vectors, cipher remediation, and reverse proxy mechanisms

• Practical experience working with F5 load balancers and enterprise traffic management solutions

• Proven track record supporting large-scale domain and application onboarding programs

• English C1 (written and spoken)

• Ability to work independently with strong analytical and communication skills and coordination across stakeholders
