Description

Own all aspects of EE hardware design in a “One Person One Board” culture—BOM creation, circuit/board design, development, validation, and cradle-to-grave product sustaining. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across Hardware, ASIC, Signal, Mechanical, Thermal, Diagnostic, Packaging, and Manufacturing, including partner teams when needed. Support customer trials, field issues, and ongoing product sustains after launch.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver ultra high-performance electronic products

• Create and manage BOMs and participate with vendor negotiation

• Perform circuit/board design, development, and validation

• Drive cradle-to-grave ownership, including product ship and sustaining

• Assist with customer trials and resolve field issues

• Work with manufacturing, compliance, and safety support groups

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

• 8+ years of related experience

• Experience with large, high-powered SoCs using advanced silicon and packaging process technologies (2D, 2.5D, 2.5D with 3D memories)

• Experience with precision scopes, analyzers, and development/validation tools

• Experience with power and thermal issues on PCBs with 1kW+ footprints

• Experience with high-speed, high-density signaling with SerDes rates of 112G+

• Demonstrated participation in a cross-functional development team
