Description

Own master data and product compliance to ensure each product has the correct data, pricing, and documentation for sale in specific EU markets. You will manage product master data consistency across systems, maintain country price databases, and keep compliance documentation up to date with evolving EU and national regulations. You will optimize workflows with ERP/PIM and create SOPs and checklists to minimize data errors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control product master data in company systems

• Ensure data consistency across multiple systems

• Maintain pricing database, promotional prices, and country-specific price files

• Coordinate with Purchasing, Product Management, and E-commerce teams

• Ensure products and packaging meet applicable EU and national legislation

• Manage supplier compliance documentation (e.g., DoC, test protocols, materials, packaging requirements)

• Monitor new regulations and update internal processes (e.g., GARAN, EUDR, packaging rules, drinking water directives)

• Maintain a compliance archive and provide correct documentation for authorities

• Collaborate closely with ERP and PIM specialists

• Optimize workflows for data and compliance management

• Create SOPs, checklists, and internal guidelines

• Ensure high data quality and minimize errors in product information flows

Requirements

• Experience in product master data management and product compliance

• Knowledge of ERP and PIM systems (experience with Shopify integrations is an advantage)

• Knowledge of EU legislation for products and packaging or willingness to learn it

• Structured personality with strong attention to detail; ability to work with many data sources

• Proactive, independent, and able to take ownership

• Good communication skills across teams and with suppliers
