Description

You will manage and maintain production and master data in SAP, including manufacturing orders and work plans, while supporting production planning, material movements, and cost control. You will analyze production data, create reports, and participate in system tests and production process optimization. You will also coordinate closely with production leadership and sales and train production employees on SAP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer production and master data in SAP

• Create, edit, and manage manufacturing orders and work plans

• Support production planning and control, including calculation and cost monitoring

• Post material movements and confirmations to track inventory and material availability

• Analyze production data and produce meaningful reports

• Support system testing and contribute to optimizing production processes

• Ensure data quality and adherence to production and quality standards

• Work closely with production management and sales as a dedicated point of contact

• Train production employees on SAP

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in industrial production/production

• Proven SAP experience, especially in Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM)

• Strong understanding of production processes (process-focused)

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

• Solid MS Office skills

• Communication strength and team spirit
