Description

You will support users technically and substantively across systems under the support team, solving complex problems and helping drive system development. The role includes analysis of user needs, collaboration with implementation and development teams for changes, and ensuring software requirements are met through compliance testing. You will also train users and provide consultations and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and domain support to users for systems covered by the support team
• Coordinate with other IT departments to ensure system availability and respond to issues
• Assign user roles and permissions
• Analyze user requirements for system modifications and expansions
• Work with implementation and development teams to implement system changes
• Perform compliance testing of software against stated requirements
• Deliver user trainings, consultations, and software presentations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft D365 F&O and AX2012 (financial, purchasing, invoicing, or warehousing modules)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP implementation projects or ERP maintenance (AX, D365, SAP, IFS, or Oracle)
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Practical knowledge of accounting and financial processes
• Ability to create business requirement analyses and test scenarios
• Experience collaborating with business users and the IT team
• English at least B2
