Description

As a System Integration Engineer, you guide global customers through onboarding, integration, and delivery of digital payment solutions. You combine deep mobile/SDK integration expertise with strong customer empathy to troubleshoot issues, run technical trainings, and influence product improvements. You collaborate with internal R&D teams and customers to ensure high-quality, long-term customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical expertise in product SDKs to assemble, configure, and deliver solutions efficiently

• Work directly with customers’ development teams, understand the “why”, and address root causes

• Deliver technical enablement: trainings, integration workshops, architecture discussions, and hands-on onboarding sessions

• Take holistic ownership of customer experience; consider technical/functional/operational/business impacts and propose mitigations or improvements

• Collect and structure customer feedback; collaborate with R&D on enhancements and new features

• Resolve complex issues with R&D, Technical Leaders, and Product Management

• Leverage R&D support for advanced topics (e.g., security, low-level SDK investigations) while owning customer communication and follow-up

• Represent the company in customer meetings, including potential on-site engagements

• Provide L2 field support for live customer requests, ensuring stability and clear communication throughout the lifecycle

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in software development, system integration, or customer-facing technical roles

• Solid experience in software development and validation

• Strong interest in mobile applications, SDKs, and end-to-end integration flows

• Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and empathetically

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
