Description

Design, implement, and run a set of interconnected components that form an entry point for users of AI services: a helpdesk platform, a docs-as-code documentation system, and an AI copilot that works with LLM/RAG over the documentation.

You will manage AI-related incidents, analyze root causes, and provide fast resolution. You will also analyze user needs for AI infrastructure and support users via a web-based ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate a helpdesk platform (ticketing system, routing, and escalation to expert teams)
• Design, implement, and administer a documentation system (portal with guides, FAQ, and troubleshooting using docs-as-code)
• Design and operate an AI copilot (conversation assistant over documentation using LLM/RAG)
• Resolve AI-operations incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and remove issues quickly
• Conduct technical analysis of user requirements for AI infrastructure
• Provide technical support to AI infrastructure users and handle requests through the web ticketing system

Requirements

• Technical university degree
• Strong knowledge of Linux and scripting in Bash or Python
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and containerization technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, Rancher, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab/GitHub
• Basic overview of web application development and working with REST APIs
• Interest in AI and willingness to work with LLM/RAG tools
• User-focused approach and good communication skills
• Responsibility, decisiveness, proactivity, and eagerness to learn new things
• English at a communicative level
