Description

Design, build, and optimize data structures required for Real-Time Decisioning, recommendation engines, and Next Best Action / Next Best Activity solutions in a CRM setting. Create customer 360 structures (Customer Golden Record), reporting-ready models, and interfaces/connectors to external systems outside the CRM ecosystem. Implement data quality controls and validations, and deliver stable ETL/ELT pipelines (batch and event-triggered) that power CRM campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize data structures for Real-Time Decisioning, recommendation, and Next Best Action / Next Best Activity use cases in CRM

• Create optimized structures for a 360-degree customer profile (Customer Golden Record)

• Build optimized structures for reporting

• Design and build interfaces and connections to systems outside the CRM ecosystem (with Bank units)

• Implement data quality control and data validation mechanisms

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of Data Engineer experience, preferably in a high-scale data environment

• Experience designing and modeling data structures (data warehouses, Data Lakes) for advanced analytics and real-time/near-real-time systems

• Experience processing very large volumes of data

• Ability to build optimized structures for customer 360 (Customer Golden Record), behavioral aggregates, and feature-store-style model features

• Practical experience integrating analytics systems with operational systems (e.g., connecting decision/recommendation engines with Campaign Management platforms)

• Experience building and maintaining stable ETL/ELT pipelines feeding CRM campaigns (batch and event-triggered)

• Understanding of CRM data specifics (marketing consents, contact history, opt-out)

• Strong SQL skills and experience optimizing queries

• Practical experience with cloud platforms, with emphasis on Google Cloud

• Experience with Big Data technologies for large-scale data processing

• Practical knowledge of modern analytical data storage formats

• Experience with orchestration tools for process workflows

• Nice to have: migration experience and familiarity with CRM solution architectures (Pega, Salesforce, SAS, Adobe)

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
