Description

In the ERP domain, Data Engineering teams build scalable data ecosystems for key retail business processes—from stores and logistics to procurement, real estate, and finance. You will design, develop, and maintain cloud-based data processing and platform capabilities using GCP and Snowflake, integrating and modeling data from SAP and other source systems. Work also includes automated, stable CI/CD deployments and a strong focus on data quality, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data processing pipelines and data platforms for selected ERP product areas

  • Build and automate cloud infrastructure (primarily on GCP, partly on Snowflake) using Infrastructure-as-Code

  • Model and integrate data from SAP and other source systems into cloud data warehouses, mainly Snowflake

  • Configure CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated and reliable deployments

  • Translate product-domain requirements into robust data management and modeling solutions

  • Ensure data quality, performance, and security for pipelines and platforms

  • Support the development of Data Engineering standards and best practices in ERP product teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial or project experience in Data Engineering

  • Experience building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP (or alternatively Azure/AWS)

  • Infrastructure-as-Code knowledge (e.g., Terraform or OpenTofu) and practical CI/CD experience

  • Very good programming skills, especially Python, and strong SQL

  • Independent, solutions-oriented approach to delivering services

  • Ability to collaborate with technical and business partners

  • Polish C1 and English B2
