Description

Join a team creating a new cross-platform agent from the ground up. You’ll design and develop core platform capabilities in Rust for reliable, secure, high-performing system-level software across Windows, Linux, and macOS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a new Rust-based cross-platform agent

• Build capabilities that integrate deeply with Windows, Linux, and macOS

• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making

• Develop reliable, secure, and performant system-level software

• Collaborate across disciplines to solve complex customer challenges

• Apply modern engineering practices across testing, automation, CI/CD, and observability

• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge

• Help improve development processes, tooling, and software quality

Requirements

• Strong experience developing software in Rust, C++, or other systems programming languages

• Experience working across Windows, Linux, and/or macOS

• Understanding of operating system concepts, networking, file systems, and process-level behavior

• Experience integrating or working with multi-language codebases including Rust and C/C++

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Experience with modern development practices (testing, automation, CI pipelines) and build systems such as Cargo and CMake

• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
