Description

You will handle incoming inquiries for IT and cyber liability insurance by analyzing clients’ risks and proposing suitable coverage. You’ll also proactively prospect and build a client portfolio in the IT and technology sector, including preparing/comparing insurer offers and negotiating terms. In addition, you’ll maintain existing clients, support claim coordination, and apply market and regulatory updates such as NIS2 and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming inquiries: analyze risks and propose insurance solutions
• Actively search for and contact new clients; build a network of contacts and referrals
• Prepare and compare insurer offers; negotiate conditions and exceptions
• Care for existing clients: manage changes, renewals, and claims-related coordination
• Monitor market/product/regulatory developments and translate them into practical guidance (NIS2, GDPR)

Requirements

• Experience/background in IT/cybersecurity and willingness to learn insurance or prior experience with business insurance (ideally liability or cyber)
• Sales-oriented approach: willingness to acquire new clients
• Authorization/qualification to distribute non-life insurance (or willingness to obtain it)
• Independence and reliability when working remotely; attention to detail and clear communication of complex topics
