Description

You will test the entire platform end to end—web app, admin dashboard, and iOS/Android apps (including live video sessions and phone call flows). You’ll start with mostly manual testing, then work step by step toward AI-assisted automated checks so repeated release tests can run on their own. You’ll gather product context (how flows work, who uses them, where users get stuck) and convert it into inputs for AI tools to improve feature suggestions and design.

Responsibilities

• Test the whole platform end to end: web app, admin dashboard, iOS and Android
• Include live video sessions and phone call flows in testing
• Write structured test scenarios and clear bug reports that developers can reproduce quickly
• Begin building automated tests with AI and reduce repeated manual release checks
• Build and maintain product context for AI tools (flows, users, user pain points)
• Use AI-enabled context to suggest features and early designs and bring ideas to the product team
• Help evaluate AI tools and working methods for testing/product work
• Over time, own automated regression per country before releases

Requirements

• Student or person starting a career in testing, AI, or product
• Regular AI user; have tried building something with AI
• Curious and detail-oriented; notices issues others miss
• Can write clear problem descriptions so others can act on them
• Responsible, independent work style; ask questions when unclear and deliver
• English at a communicative level (written and spoken)
