Description

You will develop and own the solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and FO and provide technical platform operations. The role includes coordinating upgrades, maintenance, and error analysis, configuring and extending Dynamics modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance, SCM), and building integrations and automated data flows between Dynamics and other systems. You will also document platform structures and support testing, acceptance, and audits.

Requirements

• Completed degree or IT/ERP apprenticeship and relevant professional experience in an IT/ERP environment

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and/or FO (Finance, Controlling, SCM)

• Experience with platform operation including release, patch, and error/incident management

• Experience with system integration using REST and OData

• Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps or Power Automate

• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., ERP, Controlling, Procurement)

• Confident handling of configuration, workflows, role concepts, and forms

• Structured, documentation-focused working style and high personal responsibility

• Very good German (written and spoken) and good English in a technical context
