Description

You will be responsible for further developing and continuously improving the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. You act as an interface between business departments and external service providers by capturing requirements, translating them into implementable technical solutions, and driving implementation based on business value. You also support operations, coordinate issue resolution, assist users, and guide updates from planning through testing, approval, rollout, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Further development and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Gather and clarify requirements from business areas and convert them into technical solutions
• Evaluate and prioritize requirements and drive their implementation independently
• Implement smaller adjustments independently; for larger initiatives, coordinate external providers and manage scope, timelines, and quality
• Accompany new functions and updates end-to-end: planning, test coordination, functional sign-off, rollout, and user documentation
• Ensure reliable operations with external providers, coordinate troubleshooting, and support users in day-to-day work

Requirements

• IT training or degree or comparable qualification
• Minimum 2 years practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (support or development)
• Familiarity with business processes in purchasing, sales, finance, and logistics and their relationships
• Independent and structured working approach; ability to prioritize for business benefit
• Strong communication with users and both business and technical stakeholders; experience coordinating external service providers is a plus
• Basic knowledge of permissions management in Business Central
• Ideally experience with Codeunit OmniConnect or similar integration solutions
• Knowledge of AL and Power BI (ideal)
