Description

Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models and statistical analyses to solve complex marketing business challenges. Work with data engineering and product teams to build scalable data pipelines, define success metrics, prepare and clean large datasets, run experiments, and integrate models into operational workflows. Communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders while ensuring compliance with data ethics and privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models and statistical analyses
• Collaborate with data engineers on scalable data pipelines for modeling and reporting
• Translate business requirements into data science problems with defined success metrics
• Prepare, clean, and manipulate large datasets for analysis and modeling
• Communicate findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders
• Work with product teams to integrate data science solutions into operational workflows
• Ensure models and analyses comply with data ethics and privacy standards
• Lead experiments to test hypotheses and improve product or service performance
• Mentor colleagues and share best practices
• Contribute to the data science community and represent the organization externally where appropriate

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles in marketing
• Proficiency in data visualization tools
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or R
• Experience with machine learning techniques and statistical modeling
• Experience working with large, complex datasets
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Understanding of data ethics, privacy, and governance principles
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborative environments
• Experience applying version control using GitHub and collaborating on shared codebases
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Written and verbal proficiency in English
