Build and deliver security-critical backend services where security, correctness, and maintainability are first-class requirements. Break down ambiguous, high-impact problems into a clear plan and ship iteratively while collaborating with Product. Improve platform-wide reliability, observability, performance, developer experience, and deployment safety.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver backend services with security and correctness as core requirements

• Plan and iterate on ambiguous, high-impact problems

• Collaborate with Product to craft technically sound, user-aware solutions

• Improve reliability, observability, performance, developer experience, and deployment safety

• Raise quality through code reviews, architecture decisions, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience

• Deep expertise in Java and hands-on experience with Spring Framework

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Ability to work autonomously and drive work to completion

• Strong engineering intuition and long-term quality mindset
