Description

You will work on a web application running in an internal environment and used daily by an entire development team. Your goal is to make it a reliable tool for everyday engineering work, covering everything from proposing and implementing features to user support.

The role also includes maintaining and optimizing existing code with Git versioning and managing/maintaining database systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy new functionality, then support users afterward
• Develop and optimize existing code with Git versioning aligned to team standards
• Manage, regularly review, maintain, and update database systems (including collaboration with internal IT systems management teams)
• Automate processes and workflows
• Write technical documentation
• Independently coordinate your assigned project and report regularly to stakeholders
• Communicate with users and provide technical support

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience
• Git; ability to work in both Linux and Windows environments
• Practical use of AI tools for development (e.g., GitHub Copilot or Claude Code)
• Czech C1 and English at least B2
• Regular work with MS Office and Teams
