Description

Design, implement, and maintain aviation web applications with a Python backend and an Angular frontend. You will integrate the backend with the frontend, build responsive user interfaces, and participate in application architecture and technical solution analysis. The role also includes automated testing, code reviews, security and performance improvements, and collaboration within an Agile/Scrum team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend (Python) and frontend (Angular) web applications

  • Integrate backend and frontend layers

  • Implement responsive UI based on requirements

  • Contribute to architecture design and technical solution analysis

  • Propose and implement solutions to technical and business problems

  • Implement automated tests for backend and frontend

  • Participate in code reviews

  • Ensure code readability, performance, and security

  • Prepare and maintain Docker and Kubernetes configurations

  • Integrate with external systems via REST APIs and queue/messaging systems

  • Work in Scrum (estimation, planning, backlog)

  • Maintain technical and architectural documentation

  • Support the team with technical guidance and mentor junior developers

  • Identify technical risks and propose mitigation

  • Optimize backend and frontend performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience building web applications

  • Strong knowledge of Python

  • Practical experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask

  • Experience designing and implementing REST API interfaces

  • Strong knowledge of Angular 10+ and state management (NgRx or similar)

  • Experience with HTML5 and CSS3/SCSS

  • Experience with UI libraries (e.g., Angular Material, Tailwind)

  • Relational database design experience (PostgreSQL or MySQL)

  • CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions)

  • Microservices architecture experience

  • Testing experience (PyTest, Jest, Cypress)

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

  • Knowledge of SOLID, DRY, and KISS

  • Security best practices (OWASP Top 10)

  • Ability to optimize application performance

  • Team communication skills and English proficiency (B2+)

  • Higher technical education (Computer Science or related)

  • Ability to visit the Warsaw office about once per month
