Description

You will support development of an Operations application delivered by a Scrum team. Responsibilities include manual testing and gradually taking ownership of automated testing, building a test automation framework, and creating automated test scenarios. Work will cover integration testing across frontend and backend, with support for testing releases provided by an external vendor.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual tests and progressively expand automated test responsibility
• Design and build a test framework and automated test scenarios
• Create, maintain, and evolve automated tests for the Operations application
• Test frontend and backend layers, with emphasis on integration testing
• Collaborate with the project team on software quality assurance
• Support the testing process for applications delivered by an external supplier

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manual and automated testing
• Experience creating and implementing automated tests in CI/CD using GitLab
• Practical knowledge of Selenium, Maven, JUnit, Java, Git, and SQL
• Familiarity with JSON and XML data exchange formats
• Knowledge of API testing tools such as JMeter
• Knowledge of SDLC processes in the context of software quality
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Independence in executing tasks and effective communication
• Communicative English
• Minimum secondary education completed with a high school diploma
