Description

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements, then develop and implement Dynamics 365 solutions—including plugins, workflows, and integrations with Azure. The role includes leading data migrations from on-premises systems to the cloud, applying CI/CD practices, supporting solution deployment, and providing technical guidance to junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements
• Develop and implement Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, and Azure-integrated solutions
• Lead data migrations for on-premises-to-cloud transitions
• Apply CI/CD practices to streamline development workflows
• Provide technical guidance to junior consultants and team members
• Participate in architectural design sessions and oversee solution deployment

Requirements (Must Haves)

• 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong development skills in C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, PCF controls, Power Automate, and Power Pages
• Strong knowledge of APIs and Azure integrations
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices
• Proven experience leading data migrations, including on-premises-to-cloud migrations
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security and solution architecture
• Experience working as a Technical Lead, Senior Consultant, or Solution Architect
