Description

As a Junior Java Developer, you will analyze business and technical requirements, create design deliverables, and develop and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable Java code following best practices and design patterns. You will perform unit and manual testing, identify bottlenecks and bugs, and help troubleshoot and resolve issues. The role supports continuous personal growth and may include working with different technologies depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business and technical requirements with clients across domains

• Produce high-quality design deliverables describing how the solution meets requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable and reliable code using best practices and design patterns

• Conduct unit and manual testing

• Identify bottlenecks and bugs; troubleshoot and devise solutions

• Plan, organize, and report your work and progress accurately and on time

• Identify areas for personal development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within a relevant IT specialization

• Completed education or 0–1 year of software development experience after graduation

• Willingness to develop programming skills and face new IT challenges

• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming

• Excellent English speaking skills
