Description

Design and build AI agents for Customer Experience using Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX), Gemini models, and CXAS on Google Cloud. You will migrate existing conversational AI solutions to modern generative architectures, implement features such as Generative Knowledge Assist, AI Coach, Live Translation, and Conversational Insights, and integrate agents with contact center platforms, CRM, and backend services. You’ll also build and optimize RAG-based solutions, prompts, and orchestration layers, while monitoring GCP environments and AI agent performance, quality, security, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents using Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX), Gemini Models, and CXAS
• Migrate Conversational AI solutions to generative architectures
• Implement Generative Knowledge Assist, AI Coach, Live Translation, and Conversational Insights
• Integrate AI agents with Contact Center platforms, CRM systems, and backend services
• Design and develop RAG-based solutions (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Create and optimize prompts and LLM orchestration layers
• Maintain GCP environments, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure as code
• Monitor AI agent performance, response quality, security, and efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of commercial experience
• Very good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Practical experience with Dialogflow
• Very good knowledge of Python
• Experience in Conversational AI, LLM, or GenAI
• Experience building AI agents
• Knowledge of API integrations and backend systems
• English proficiency at least B2
