Description

You will design, develop, implement, and operate generative AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, AI agents, and automated workflows—from prototypes to productive use. You will translate Corporate Strategy Office requirements into viable, secure AI architectures and help create reusable components and best practices for quality, security, monitoring, and scalability. You will also track new generative AI developments and turn them into recommendations and experiments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate relevant AI technologies and solution approaches; convert CSO requirements into technical AI solutions and architectures

• Design, develop, implement, and operate AI solutions, AI agents, and automated workflows (prototype to production)

• Decide pragmatically when to configure existing solutions versus build custom implementations

• Develop reusable solution building blocks and best practices; collaborate to ensure quality, security, monitoring, and scalability

• Work closely with teams on real use cases and support citizen-development approaches

• Mentor and support AI champions; contribute expertise to an AI community of practice

• Monitor generative AI trends and translate them into recommendations and experiments

• Share expertise and help others become increasingly self-sufficient
